Dr. Andrew Carroll

After suffering from many health issues as a young child, Andrew knew eventually he would be in a position to be able to offer others the opportunity to optimize their health and their lives. After working in many industries and in various roles, Andrew found himself studying to become a Personal Trainer and then to become a Chiropractor.

As a Chiropractor, Andrew has the opportunity to help

assist people with:

Andrew has worked with local sports people and teams in his role as Head Trainer at Livestrong Primal Fitness. In his extensive personal training career Andrew has continued his education to provide his clients and patients the best of what is available.

In 2017, Andrew also was part of a volunteer team that travelled to India to prove Chiropractic care to underprivileged community members in some remote locations. Andrew also keenly volunteered at community clinics locally here in Melbourne

Tanya Carroll

Tanya began her career as a Personal Trainer in 2004 and soon began studying to become a Chek Practitioner. Tanya is a level 1 Chek Practitioner and a level 3 Chek Holistic Lifestyle coach and her practice has evolved to see her become a highly regarded Corrective Exercise Coach.

 

Tanya’s clients come to her with complex health issues that include but are not limited to the following: Multiple Sclerosis, during and post cancer treatment and surgery, organ transplant, leaky gut, irritable bowel syndrome, pars defect of the spine, complete herniation of the disc in the spine (including nerve damage), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, celiac disease, birth injury – mother and adults, cerebral palsy, congenital hip dysplasia, scoliosis – including clients who have had spinal fusion and those who are referred to prevent further deterioration of their condition and surgery, eating disorders, mental health instability, major postural imbalances.

 

 

Within her assessment process Tanya will measure and assess spinal curves, (in static, flexion and extension as well as rotation, pelvic tilt, comparative range of motion) as well as assess the overall health of her clients not only on the physical level but with extensive questionnaires that cover organ health, circadian rhythms, life events that effect the mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Tanya also works with athletes who are looking to improve their sporting performance. 

Tanya is a level 1 qualified Animal Flow coach and uses this exciting method of movement with clients to integrate them from corrective programs into more intensive specific training.

Tanya is a coach who take the holistic approach that encompasses all facets of a person’s life, to improve their overall health.
